3) Compact Substation Unit (CSU) - Concrete Precast System. (CPS)
QCasts Building Products is one of the expert producer of underground and telecommunication precast reinforced concrete product in Malaysia. The QCasts Compact Sub Unit (CSU-CPS) are designed in accordance to BS 8110. Whilst offering increased flexibility, QCasts (CSU-CPS) retain all their original advantages. They are easy to install and can be made to suit every site condition and reducing machinery cost.
QCasts (CSU-CPS) also offer economy by being uniquely designed for particular loading conditions and are efficiently produced in standard sizes. As these advantages have become widely recognised their range of applications has increased making them ideal system in a TNB Compact Sub Unit applications.

4) QCasts Precast Beam
QCasts Sdn Bhd precast beam system provides reinforced precast beams of different sizes and shapes. Precast beams are very helpful for long spanning structures.
• Available in 3 different profiles, M beams, I beam and inverted T beams.
• Designed and manufactured in accordance to BS 5400: Part 4 code of practice for design of Concrete Bridges: 1984.

Precast wall panels are very effective in transferring the loads and provide more stability the structures. Different finishes and patterns can be provided in the wall panels as per the requirements.
Precast Staircase are one of the most efficient ways of construction of stairs. Erection of precast stairs is straight forward and avoiding any requirement of finishing works after erection since it is construct under strict quality controlled production at factory. Erection of the staircase do not require any support such as scaffolding works or form works at the site. Precast Staircase is available to use immediately right after installation which helps access of the building during construction and reduce time taken.
